Mila ZovaCoaching

I came to coaching the long way round. Before this I spent years inside organisations watching capable people stall, not for lack of talent but for lack of a space to think clearly about what they actually wanted.

How I work

I am direct, and I ask questions that are sometimes uncomfortable. What I do not do is tell you what to do with your life. My job is to help you hear your own thinking clearly enough to act on it, and then to hold you to what you said you would do.

Sessions are held over video, every two weeks, for as long as it is useful. Between sessions you have work to do — coaching that stays inside the hour rarely changes anything.

Who this is for

People in motion. A career change, a promotion into something harder than expected, the end of something, the start of something. You do not need a crisis to justify the time.
