What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, email address and whatever you write in the message. When you book a call, that booking is handled by Cal.com and stored in their systems and in Google Calendar.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages are useful and which advertising is worth continuing. You can decline, and the site works identically either way. Campaign parameters from advertising links are kept in your browser for the length of your visit only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in email. Booking records are kept in Cal.com and Google Calendar for as long as the coaching relationship lasts, and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will act on it.
